What types of materials do you use?
Our printed labels are made from polyester Slit Edge Satin Ribbon or Woven Edge Satin Ribbon.
Slit Edge Satin Ribbons are available between 10mm & 100mm, with the size interval every 5mm. The Slit Edge Satin Ribbons is available in 27 colours.
Woven Edge Satin Ribbons are available in 16mm and 25mm. The Woven Edge Satin Ribbons is only available in white. It has a woven edge and has a shine. This is the most popular ribbon as it gives a high-quality finish.
Care Labels are made from a Nylon ribbon. This type of label has a paper-like feel to it. This ribbon is only available in white and comes in different widths and lengths. This type of label is best suited for washing instructions and general garment data.

Will the labels fade or wear out?
No. Our printed labels are made of highly resistant polyester ribbons which are durable, colourfast and experience minimal shrinkage. They are designed to outlast the garment they are attached to!

Can I add my logo?
Yes, you can. Your logo will be reduced to a single colour i.e. black logo on white ribbon. Please send us your logo/artwork as follows:
FILE EXTENSION
The following file extensions are accepted: JPG, JPEG, CDR (CorelDraw), TIFF and PDF. For best results, we prefer CDR or PDF.RESOLUTION
All our products require a minimum resolution of 300dpi, this means that for each inch 300 pixels are required.SHAPE
The minimum text measurement is 0.2 cm tall.
Your logo or artwork must be uploaded in the same shape as your chosen label shape. Example, if you choose a square label, make sure your uploaded file is cropped into a square shape as well.
All label designs need 3 to 5 mm free of artwork around the border. This space will be used to sew your label into the garment. You do not need to add this measurement yourself; we will take care of it for you. -
YOU OFFER FREE ARTWORK – WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?
Yes, we offer free artwork and print layouts on your first orders over a five hundred (500) plus labels.
This includes logo design, label layouts and print setup.PLEASE NOTE: All repeat orders are not subject to an artwork or layout fee.

You can collect your order from our location in Edenvale (Guateng) or our delivery service will deliver your order to your door within three working days of order completion.
We also offer a PostNet to PostNet service.Our door to door delivery fee is R65.00 – we offer free delivery on all order over 1000 labels

What is Label Replacement or Relabelling?
Label replacement is when we carefully remove the existing label from a garment and replace it with a new one. This process is done by our highly trained seamstresses who take care in replacing the old label with the new one.

When is Relabelling Illegal?
The first case would be when it is a product that has been designed for retail. I don’t think Nike would be too happy if you took one of their trainers and claimed it as your own. As a general rule, if you see it in a shop, you cannot relabel it.
The second case would be when making a knockoff product. In the industry of wholesale printing for resellers, it is never okay to relabel a product to make it look like it was produced by another better-known brand.
The third scenario would be when the product to be relabelled has a distinct feature such as a pattern or a design.
As we mentioned above, it is only cool to switch the label when we are dealing with basic clothing. No crazy pockets, No silk garments.
